Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I have had different home warranties in the past and it caused me so much frustrations. I didn’t feel like I’m getting what my money’s worth. I was paying thousand of dollars. I looked up online and Select home is in TOP five. I called them and compared policies to what I had for years and decided to go with it. It’s been 2 years now and I have no complains after filing 3 claims. Thank you Select Home.

This is a big scam . i raised claim for my ac unit and they put maximum of 150 dollars saying that i did not hire licensed technician for doing maintenance for 3 years. If i hire licensed technician why do i need home warranty. I am not leaving these scammers - taking them to court until my ac unit is covered

I spoke with a home warranty rep who was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to my satisfaction and answered all of my questions. I am giving Select Home Warranty 5 stars!

Tried to place a claim for a dryer. after weeks of calling them, no one ever came out. They would make appointments and never keep them. finally after 3 times, called and cancelled the policy.

Richard was very thorough and professional. He explained clearly what I was purchasing and the costs as well as the fact that by enrolling and paying for the year I would be locking in my lower deductible for service calls.

I am a new customer and I dealt with Adam today, I must say he was very friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to the same type of service when and if I have to make a service call. I have not yet submitted a claim, so my experience with Select Home Warranty is limited to my dealings with Jim Haynes of the sales/renewal services. In both instants Jim has been courteous, patient, thorough and clear with his explanations and assurances. He was also very friendly. He let me know of all of the options I had to get extra months of coverage. I am please with how he has handled my account.
