Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I was very satisfied with the way Mike treated and helped me. He was very patient and had great customer service. I havent used the service yet but the customer representative was very good in my opinion. I was offered the best price in all the prices i had previously inquired about through other home warranty offers. Mike was a great help to me in my home warranty buying process.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Select Home Warranty. I got serious issue with the garbage disposal and they send someone out quickly. I called the phone and someone answered promptly. Took all the details needed to file my claim and send me the number I should call for the local contractor. The job was done with quality. Select Home was extremely helpful and worth it for your home warranties. Choose Select home an you never have to worry again.

We used another warranty company years ago, and they were nothing but a pain to deal with. After talking to my neighbor they recommended Select Home. They have been using them for quite a while now. When I called the rep was very transparent. Luckily I tried Select Home and it’s been a pretty good experience so far after filing 3 claims. I finally found a friendly and reliable home warranty With Select Home. Thank you for my wonderful experience Select Home.

There is no other home warranty that could take the place of my home warranty. We had an issue with our oven and it was the night before Thanksgiving and even though it was really late, Select was able to dispatch a repairman to fix my problem. They are very professional. That repairman went out of his way to make sure that we were taken cared of even though it was late and short notice. Thank you, you save us Thanksgiving.

Our realty agent recommended Select Home Warranty when we bought the place. So far, we are satisfied with their service and do not have a complaint. Select Home Warranty has been very helpful and good to us, professional, very courteous, helpful, efficient and make sure always to ask if we have anything else they could help us with before finishing the call. I’ve told my co-parents about them and had been recommending them. Great to work with them.

The first time I needed something repaired is when my oven broke down, I filed the claim online. After an hour a rep called me up to complete the claim so they could dispatch a contractor to fix my oven. The contractor came after 5 hours. This guy , took less than hour to get my oven working. I was impressed on how fast and efficient they are. This is how should a home warranty work, fast and efficient.
