Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

My husband chose to go with Select Home Warranty not because his Mom has a policy with them but the fact that they had good experiences with Select made us decide to go with them as well. We can rely on them when we need them and their quality of work is excellent. So far we are pleased with how they work. We would be renewing in two months from now and we will keep on recommending them.

I heard about Select Home Warranty through a coworker. She told me about how pleased she was with her policy with them. Her recommendation made me decide to research and try them out. True enough, they’re very good. I am not just saying this because they helped me with my claims but it is because the experience they gave me was excellent. The customer service is great and was very pleasant to talk with. Overall, they are a great company.
