Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I have good luck with Select Home Warranty. They did exactly what the contract is saying. There is no perfect company but I know for sure that Select Home is one of the best! They always make sure that they give you a better job each time you call for help. To me being good at most part and situation is better than being bad at all occasions. I’ve told a lot of people about Select Home. I’m pretty much satisfied and worth it for your investment.
