Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I just got started with Select Home Warranty. Six months ago our two water heaters stopped producing hot water. They are both producing cold water. I called Select and they have sent the technician the following day. The guy did his diagnosis and he said that the water temperature was turned way too low. He fixed in less than 40 minutes. He was professional and knows exactly what he was doing.  Thank you Select Home for the rescue.

I’ve wasted so much money in the past for unworthy home warranty investments. I had one officemate who referred Select Home Warranty. As soon as I heard about their discount promotions I immediately called them. They gave me a fair price and I signed up. 4 months later I had a serious problem with my heating system. It was a prompt service. The repair was done on a timely manner and the tech had my heat back on. Great experience.

I am a single mom with two kids. I have the platinum package with Select Home Warranty. Knowing that our home is covered in all instances is a huge relief; I don’t have to worry that I will have to pay hundreds of dollars from my pocket just for repairs. You could just imagine if your HVAC stops working. It will be detrimental for my budget. Anticipating and getting my home protected with Select Home Warranty is a big relief.

Select Home Warranty deserves the tittle 'protector of the homes'. They ensure the safety not only the house but also the people living in it. Most of my claims were handled beyond their call of duty. They made sure that I get the satisfaction of their service. Be it their customer service or the repairmen, they make sure that they gave their absolute all in helping me out with my claims. Thank you so much SHW.

I have had different home warranties in the past and it caused me so much frustrations. I didn’t feel like I’m getting what my money’s worth. I was paying thousand of dollars. I looked up online and Select home is in TOP five. I called them and compared policies to what I had for years and decided to go with it. It’s been 2 years now and I have no complains after filing 3 claims. Thank you Select Home.

I made a service request early in November 2017. I found a leak in my AC unit and that needs to be done immediately because my parents were too old so we can’t afford to have the A/C working. I called Select home and explained to the support that I need someone out as soon as possible. The technician came out the next day fixed our unit. Thanks to the professional partners of Select Home

I’ve had have a repair my water heater last December and have had another issue 2 weeks after with my dyer. I’ve been dealing with Select Home Warranty for the past 3 years. Both repairmen were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a service nothing but the best. Couldn't thank them enough for being considerate and efficient. I think Select Home is going to be my only choice when it comes to home warranties. Higly Recommended.

I purchased a Select Home policy. They make it very easy to file a claim to repair my broken dryer. I simply went online and go to their website. Filled out the form and submit. Just that easy. Few minutes later someone followed up. This is what you call professionalism. The whole experience was excellent! Filing claims made easier to get you better service. I like that they were able to offer this for our convenience.

In the past 4 months I would give them a very good to great rating. The phone call center is very intellegent in helping with simple problems. The broken electric fan was mostly covered but not completely and we were out $95 rather than the $60 call fee.
