Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

My review is based on 3 claims, One on a microwave oven, one on a wall oven and one on a toilet that would not flush. Each professional sent out did a job better than expected and makes me confident in buying this warranty.

Best service I have ever had dealing with a contract! They always Nickle and dime me and in this case they can't! I give them the call fee and they handle and fix the rest. The work had a warranty too from another mishap. Excellent.

Now my policy is up for renewal and before I renewed I made a claim. They came in no time to fix the dish washer and my whole claim was handled with care. Suffice to say I will renew when they contact me.

My wife and I will give you the thumbs up for coming out in 5 days to fix the electric box and replacing half the circuit breakers that broke during a storm. This is why we signed up and glad you kept us informed during the process.

Mother board or whatever you would call the board in my refridgerator froze and broke. Never even knew this could happen. Appliance specialist ordered and job done was terrific.

I was presented with a choice between repair of a $1000 unit or a $350 refund toward a new unit because of depreciation. I accepted the repair. The buy out was just far to low and forced me to keep my old unit.

Heat when out and Select's company took 3 days to get the heat working again. In the meantime I had to use electric heaters. Bit annoying but overall good.

I am used to appliances at this point lasting a year the warranty coming and then it going kapput. Manufacturers must make these things to die after a year. Glad I have this warranty and glad they have come whenever I needed service.

On January the 14th I had my standalone wash machine upgraded. It has a dial on it that lets me do a hot wash-the problem only cold water. The original pipe was a crossed pipe-a plumber was ordered and he had to fix an issue with the mechanics. Great Results from all provided.
