Response to a ceiling leak was within 30 minutes of my initial call. Contractor arrived on time and showed me where the water leaked in and flashed the area so that I would have no future issue. I found my experience positive.
The duct work had a defect and air was leaking out. I was told the leak could be repaired and sealed when I called service. 2 days was the soonest appointment and I did not have a choice in this. They contractor was the only one serving my location. The company came in and was cordial and did what they promised. Now its done and its safely working.
Came home to a disaster area when the sump pump popped and was leaking a huge mess. I called Select to have emergency repair done. It was just before Halloween and we had a fun party planned. The emergency appt was set to the next business day and the plumber tech sealed the area and it quickly stopped.
My contact with Select Home Warranty has been minimal over this second year with them. The first year I had my dryer repaired and my roof leak. This year I only had a cleaning done on my kitchen sink. The online design is very simple and generally took me 2-3 days for an appointment and a vendor to come.
We are a family with a tight budget. I can not afford to pay for repairs or new appliances. This policy saved my tush a few weeks ago when the heat went out. My policy is $50 a month and the deductible was $60. It still a lot for me but im pretty glad that I didn't have to pay the entire thing out of my pocket.
Reptile Plumbing brought in by the Platinum care specialist worked well and proficiently. Not a single issue and even went the extra mile and checked my radiator in my bedroom. Only complaint was I had to wait four days to get an appointment with them. They told me it was the busy season with the weather changing and a lot of pipes breaking in the area. Seems like the best companies are always in demand.
This contractor, Select sent was the second one in my one year period contract and its been so fantastic that I will recommend them again and again. I only have 3 months left on my contract and I am going to send you a renewal check thank you!
The Company sent by Select Home Warranty is on time and is doing the job. Friendly, knowledgeable and it is not long till they are finished with the disposable garbage machine. Thanks for being a real help.
Happy overall with the platinum care team in my warranty. Helpful on the phone and fixing the bathtub faucet leak was cleanly done. The attention to detail and worksmanship was a thumbs up. Continue to expect this service style.
Here in my town there is no appliance companies local. With my warranty Select Home went out of the way to find a person about 40 miles away and he came on 2 occasions to see the unit and ordered me a part that dealt with a need for anti freeze.
