Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I have been a really happy customer now for 7 years. I was afraid I would get a 7 year itch and bad experience cause thats when they say stuff starts breaking. It did!! and Select just sent a guy who said its won't be possible to repair. They told me they would buy me a brand new dish washer. I am thrilled!! Thank you guys!!

I called when my heater froze and spoke with Gerald. Gerald was patient and jotted down all the problems I said occured and told me he would have a specialist call me back in an hour. I received a call back from Heating and Plumbing Vegas who came to my home and had to do some extensive modifications. I am so happy with the end goal of completion.

The representatives are some of the most polite people I have spoke with at a company in a long time. They took the time to keep me cool when the electric box went out and I was in the dark calling from my cell phone. We didn't know how long the disaster was going to stay like that, but I was promised that the next morning it would all be taken care of. It was and I am very greatful.

It is an in going contract so I can't speak for future, but in this moment they have made me a very satisfied customer. Yesterday I had a leaked under the sink and they came in same day and did the repairs for $45.

Call me a customer for life and a fanboy and I am after my roof had a huge flood and made a mess in my living room. They sent someone emergency at 10pm to get it under control and then they completely repaired and fixed supporting wood issued in the next few days. I love what Select did and it's speed he such a low cost.

I thought I would have thrown my old freezer away but my wife said try getting a monthly plan and waiting the trial period time and then getting it repaired with a warranty company. I picked up Select 2 months ago. Made a claim and they came in and fixed it! I decided to keep renewing. It's a decent value!

How many times in my life had my stupid appliances broken down. It such a nuisance so I searched online for top appliance warranties and found Select on many lists. They have been my go to people for 2 years and have taken charge of fixing my various appliances such as the built in microwave. Their business model seems to work at an ample time when manufacturers keep making cheaply made appliances and outsourcing with even cheaper parts.

The water heater was not working anymore and i was completely stressed. i am a single professional and i needed to get to work and be able to shower. Patricia in service told me she would find someone on my private time at night to come and fix it. she did that, that same night she had Rikko come in and he was able to get it working again.this was a week ago so everything is still wonderful.

My request was done through the service online request form. I have a 3 year platinum plan and it was worth every penny. The fan motor inside the central conditioning unit would not move anymore and I had no heat/AC. I got a call back in 20 minutes and I told them the severity of the problem. Same day someone came and unlodged the fan from a rusted screw and it worked again. Speedy Gonzales service!!
