Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

After our call to sevice the contractor contacted us within one hour. We went through what was going on and an appointment was set for the next day. They took off their shoes when they came in and were very respectable to my home. Fixed the problem and then left.

Every aspect of my current experience with SHW has been handled with real professionalism. From my first call with a very sweet lady who arranged the the time table to address the issue to the contractor that came in, I was thrilled with the work.

I was responded to by the contractor after I had an incident with my garage door motor. The person that came was on time and professional. He determined what was wrong and did his best to get the motor back working.

Graham & Co came in to fix my toilet through select's platinum care package. Harry was very reputable and had the pipe replaced in an hour. Select followed his visit with a confirmation call of successful work.

Just wanted to add to a previous review. Again Select came through like Mayweather with a knock out and gave me a phenomal contract. My air condition unit keeps breaking and they keep fixing it for me. Thanks Charlie, it was great talking it up with you.

SHW experience recently was super. I have needed repairs previously done by hiring direct people and they always always always! tried ripping me off, this is extra, that is extra. Its not covered. This is why I got a warranty. I researched SHW and now they can deal with the contractor and I just pay the premium and a deductable.

Select Home Warranty was really helpful in fixing my A/C unit. I placed a request for repair online. I had problems with communicating with the contractor so I called Select and they went out of their way to contact the contractor and explain and clear up any confusions and replace a part of my faulty house fan.

Its been a long road with Select Home Warranty, they have protected me through some really annoying problems with several of my appliances. My frigidaire products are sometimes great sometimes not. They make sure the bad ones when broken get repaired.
