Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

The sales person from Select offered me the "Platinum care plan" which apparently is a full feature plan. I get some additional equipment coverage and quick response. As it is, I am impressed with the efficient service provided by Select, and hence, switching to Platinum would be smooth in the near future.

It took seven business discussion with the Select sales person to make me agree for buying the Select Home warranty plan for one year. I checked and verified all his points by doing a thorough research on the internet. Now I am fully convinced that I have made the right decision. The reviews only reaffirm my action.

Three properties in the same state but at different locations. One is under Select home service plan already and I am bringing the second one in its ambit by the next month. The plan for the third one is by December. Managing all three properties under the same central control is better and easier.

My problem is that I readily pay the asked for amount for repair jobs as I need priority resolution. This way I was spending $4000~5000 every year on equipment repair. This year on the advice of a friend, I reluctantly went in for Select Home warranty. I have just spent $1000 to $1200 so far and it includes the annual contract amount with Select. My requirements of timely and efficient service are also met. It has been a great going with Select!

My additional heating unit was a constant source of problem till I took the home warranty contract with Select. When I lodged the first claim the deputed electrician not only diagnosed the fault correctly but also did a good repair job. Thanks to Select, my problem seems to have a permanent resolution.

I like to use different types of faucets, showers and kitchen spouts etc. in my home and I keep on picking these up from the market. Select home warranty was the best thing to happen to me as I am able to change my plumbing fixtures for a small technician fee whenever and wherever required.

The second refrigerator is used by the family for sweetmeats and beverages. The breakdown was not liked at all but thanks to the Select team we had the second refrigerator in working condition in 72 hours. It was an achievement because it included a spare part management.

It was a rainy day and I needed the clothes dryer the most. I don't know why but in such situations I always have problems. Select home warranty took care of the repairs in a short span of 48 hours. Prompt and efficient service.

The built in microwave oven produced a half-baked cake and I knew that something had gone wrong. The visiting technician from Select Home Warranty found a fault in the electric circuit and repaired it. All it cost me was a $45 fee for the technician. Thanks Select.

The hot water lines in the house suddenly started spewing cold water. On checking I found that there was a breakdown in the water heater. I called up the Select home service and they agreed to assist me. The technician came after two days and the delay was not welcome. The heater element had to be replaced and the water heater started functioning normally. Except The delay part everything else was fine.
