Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

The seal of my toilet seat failed. I lodged a claim with the Home Service. Next morning I had the service technician at my place. He repaired the flaw and I had my washroom in a fine shape very soon.

The electrical panel in the house made a sharp sound and the power tripped. The fuse replacement did not help. The local electrical shop gave me a scare of a forthcoming nightmare. Lucky, I had this home warranty in place and the technician arrived soon. I had the power restored in an hour's time- a thorough professional job

Thank you for the assistance provided to me on phone by your rep in early August. I finally was able to locate someone who actually looked at the agreement and my service calls. He understood the matter and was able to take care of the issue in a friendly manner

When the central heating broke down I was a worried man. A call to the company in the morning ensured that I had the technician on the job very soon. I was really impressed when I had my central heating running before the night set in.

Two claims within a span of one week. The repair of our AC was carried out in a very professional manner. In the other claim the plumber took some time to diagnose the fault and tested our patience but once he had the analysis in place the repair was quick and efficient.
