Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Very Bad Home Warranty. They don't cover anything beyond the 150$ cost for first three months. They put cap on the amount to money you can use for repair. Don't get Home Warranty insurance through them. They will find some excuse or clause to cover them up. Very Bad experience with them.

I placed a claim for my pool pump and the process was easy. The contractor was professional, courteous and he took care of what needed to be taken care of. The pump now works 100%. They have good customer service and the problem is resolved. I highly recommend Select Home Warranty.

BUYER BEWARE! The customer sevice people are rude and constantly transfer you to the wrong people and disconnect you. They find every way to deny a claim and make it VERY difficult to getting anything approved. Steer clear of this scam of a company at all costs.

Select on the worst homeowners warranty ever please don't fall for this scam , all these people giving 5 stars are paid people not real consumers , they will promise alot just to sign up but when you have a claim they'll look for every way possible to twist words in contract to get out of the job .

I am very disappointed I called almost 2 weeks ago and the service is not complete no call back, I also was looking for a reimbursement of garage deposal still nothing I am going to tell all of my BFF and family to run as fast as they can from this company.
