Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Agent was phenomenal! . He was extremely knowledgeable and instead of taking coverage for 1 year I took coverage for 3 years instead. He was also professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions.

Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable about his business. He told me the additional discounts which I could get being a senior citizen. He told me what the coverages were and the price per tech visit. I was very satisfied with the service provided.

I have used Select Home Warranty for several years. When I had it on my Mother's home all went well and we were also able to transfer it to the buyers of her house. I now have it on my own home. I kept the extension of the original agent Bruce, who helped me for the past 3 years. I feel it says something about a company that has the same employees that give good service and consistent information. Thank you.
