Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

The claims process was relatively quick and professional. Customer service wise it was great. They have a bit of a longer process to get started but did get things moving. The repair business they chose however was not very fast and was not out to repair the dryer for over a week past filing the claim. They were scheduled within 48 hours of filing the claim.

So far I have had good experiences with Select Home Warranty as my Home Warranty service provider. I call, open a claim, and usually have an appointment scheduled the very next day for a technician to come out within a few days. The rates are good and all my household repairs are completed to my satisfaction.

Acute Heating Air are top notch and professional. The first time with an AC Company they were not afraid to show pictures, discuss potential maintenance, and not try to scare you into buying a new A/C which alot H&A orgs try. Would recommend their services.
