The aligners have fit very well and seem very high quality. The customer service has been excellent. I have already noticed my teeth are whiter after using BrightByte. I can already see some progress being made in the straightening of my teeth.

The steps were very easy to follow and I'm happy with the results so far! My aligners were mispackaged though, so I didn't realize that I needed to order another set. Once I got customer service on the phone they were quick to get me heading in the right direction.
