I do not often write reviews, but this company has been exceptional with their customer service. Even time I have a question, they have been very quick to respond. I am 3 weeks into my aligners and everything has been outstanding. I am looking forward to the end result, but they have made this a painless experience from the beginning.
I love my Byte braces, they are so simple and easy! There was no appointment necessary, and they so easy to use! I am half-way through my treatments, and it is fun to watch my teeth straighten out!

I appreciated the support while i took my impressions and decided on how I wanted to move forward. So far the aligners seem to be working well, and the whole process had actually made me way better at brushing and flossing multiple times a day. My only complaint would be that the pricing isn't very transparent because I was in a pretty strict budget I negotiated with my rep for awhile and wound up getting a much lower price then advertised. This leads me to believe that the system may be a bit overpriced as a whole. It's still the best priced though or of its competitors and is working well though, so i am happy with my purchase.
Byte is an amazing company to go with for invisible aligners. Their customer service is above and beyond. They are always available and always answer emails and messages right away. Pricing is very reasonable. The treatment plan actually works and is comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever!
I just started my 10th week today. Everything is going great, especially since I'm using my aligners in conjunction with the SNOW whitening device. My teeth haven't been this white in years! I'm seeing a big difference in my top teeth with the overbite; it isn't nearly as prevalent as it was. My crowded bottoms seem to be slowly straightening out, so I am looking forward to seeing how far they progress!
