I just started my byte treatment - 3 days into my first set of aligners - and it’s been the easiest, most convenient, and cheapest process thus far! I’ve had traditional braces, Invisalign, and now byte, so I’ve had the experience of a number of teeth straightening treatments. My other two treatments were prematurely completed by the orthodontist, and I still haven’t been happy with how my teeth turned out despite the copious amounts of money and time put into it. byte’s customer service has been PHENOMENAL (thank you Lilly!), and I’m honestly enjoying this process and getting excited for my teeth to finally be completely straight.

I started my Byte experience in January after doing a lot of research of the multitude of companies now doing online orthodontics. I was impressed with their reviews, treatment times, and cost. Impression kit came quickly and was super easy to use. The trays were too large for my mouth and after a phone call smaller ones were sent out immediately. My treatment time is 13 weeks and I am on week 10. I’m thrilled with my results. Customer service has been great to answer any questions or concerns. I debated long and hard about doing this at the age of 67 but I have found you are NEVER too old when it comes to taking care of yourself.

They have amazing costumer service. The whole process has been quick & easy & they’ve kept in contact the entire time. This was an easy decision & I can’t wait for the outcome! My treatment it supposed to take 3 months & I chose a 12 month payment plan that made it more affordable. Definitely recommend them! Thank you Byte!

Amazing Customer Service! From day one, someone was always available! From letting me know an item was being shipped to simply just asking how things were going. When I've had questions, someone has responded right away. I had previously molded my teeth with another company but was extremely disappointed when I received my 3D imaging results. I was left with big gaps and chose not to proceed. I am so glad I gave Byte a try. I almost cried when I received my 3D image. I could not believe that was the smile I'd end up with. I have plenty of experience with orthodontics.My first one was as a kid in the 70s, all those wires, the traveling orthodontist who would say "Tell me story" and immediately reach into my mouth with those big hands and weird plyers.My teeth got straighter, and then I grew up a bit and forgot to wear the retainers.So my teeth shifted.Second round, when I was in my 40's, this time I paid the bill myself, had good results and once again failed with the retainers.As years have passed. my teeth became crowded again.Can you believe I am in my 60s now and giving teeth straightening another go round?
