So far my experience with Byte has been nothing but a pleasure! From the start their response time has been immediate and customer service is extremely helpful! I received the impression kit in 2 days sent it back the next day and had my aligners at my door step two weeks later. I was hesitant at first because the treatment plan looked off to me and they had my case reviewed and I was certainly reassured that everything was looking good on their end and was reminded about the Smile Guarantee so this isn’t over just when you last tray is finished... there is a follow up towards the end of the treatment to make sure everything is still going as planned. I'm just starting on my 4th week of my Byte treatment and I can already see some results! The program does seem pricey, but it's an investment into yourself. Don't like something? Fix it! Byte is helping with that and the fact that there is a LIFETIME guarantee is icing on the cake! I wish the company was a bit more personable, but with large scale, it's understandable.

I had concerns with purchasing aligners online. I decided to take a chance with byte and I'm so happy I did. The kit they send you to make your molds is easy to do. Everything is easily explained. The turn around is quick once they receive your molds. The customer service is great...Joe was my advisor and he was quick to respond through email to any questions I had and helped me get through the purchasing process. Ruby has also followed up to make sure things were going well and if I had any questions or concerns. Once I received my treatment plan via email I did have a few questions about my treatment and instead of an email response I received a personalized video back from the dentist... Read More
