Byte's customer service needs improving. They are not flexible or helpful with issues that come up. They also ignore/delete reviews from social media (instead of addressing it) which I find to be very suspicious and shady. Why bother when there are other aligner companies for the same price, if not less.

Excellent! Loving Byte right now. Entire process from impressions to financing was seamless. No delays. The customer service representatives are impeccable. My personalized aligners fit comfortably. I recommend this process and organization to my family and friends in comparison to traditional dental office or other competitor brands. Byte thus far has surpassed my expectations. I tried using other companies but I always had to redo my molds or they didn't have big enough trays for me to do my molds. So in a last stich effort I went when Byte and I am now realizing I should have went with them first. Customer Service is excellent! I was struggling during my first tray of aligners and I couldn't seem to make a few day let alone a whole week using them. At one point I wanted to just give up and say I can't do this. But Customer Service was right there for me when I voiced my struggles and gave me tips. Go with Byte. You won't regret it!

I am extremely impressed with byte's customer service aspect. When working with my rep, Jackson, I felt like I was talking to a friend and he made sure to take care of any questions/concerns I had prior to purchasing my aligners. He did a great job of trouble shooting when things weren't going quite right on my end, and was able to help me get the result we needed to start my treatment plan. I ordered my aligners today, and cannot wait to start my journey to a better smile!
