HandsFree Health offers two types of equipment that help monitor and care for customers.

The WellBe watch is a mobile device that serves as a personal emergency response system (PERS) with a load of features on par with most smartwatches. With its 4G cellular network it provides two-way communication in case of emergencies and GPS location. The water-resistant watch also has a built-in heart rate monitor and pedometer.

Customers who purchase the smartwatch also pay a monthly subscription that includes access to HandsFree Health’s 24/7 emergency monitoring center.

The WellBe Virtual Assistant mobile app for Android or iOS lets user remotely set up their profile on the speaker or watch and have remote access to reminders and health information.

Customers who opt for the WellBe Smartwatch or the WellBe Medical Alert PLUS bundle are required to pay a monthly subscription fee that connects them to HandsFree Health’s 24/7, U.S.-based emergency monitoring center.

Costs for HandsFree Health’s medical equipment will vary depending on the which system you opt for.

• The WellBe Smart Speaker costs $189.00, with no monthly subscription available.
• The WellBe Smartwatch costs $179.95, plus a $34.95 monthly subscription payment that grants access to 24/7 monitoring services and 4G connectivity.

Customers can also combine both pieces of equipment and opt for the WellBe Medical Alert PLUS system, which includes the smartwatch and speaker as a bundle. Equipment costs are more affordable with this option, since customers only need to pay $199.95. However, the required monthly subscription is $44.95.
