Great company. Their estimates are on point, I read some reviews with people complaining about increases. They told me that as long as I tell them exact items that I’m moving, there won’t be any increase and that is what happened; no increase at all!

I have to say the only reason I’m writing this comment is to say it has been a pain free experience dealing with Dylan At Trinity. I have a wife 3 kids all under 10 and we moved from Cali to Florida in great exodus of 2020 . I have to say I gave that young man a lot grief and was extremely skeptical but I have to say he proved me wrong which doesn’t happen very often because a funny thing happened he did exactly what he said he was going to do and it actually happened. I would definitely recommend Dylan at trinity if you are moving !!

Highly recommend. Dylan was amazing, he made my moving experience smooth and easy. I received a fair and accurate estimate with my move from North Carolina to south Florida. They showed up exactly on time and got the job done in a professional manner. Not to mention Dylan was not hard on eyes so it definitely made the experience all the more enjoyable!

STAY AWAY from this company, they are total scam! We paid over $6200 for cross country relocation. Their service are way over price, items were damaged and boxes disposal were not even included. I paid the same price moved across the world to Asia and everything was taken care of. Very poor. They are also broker, not actual movers, so you are pretty much paying twice for a middle man. They did not provide any proof of cubic feet that you actually took, no photos, no measurement, no anything! They also just wanted to be paid in cash, which is a way they know you can't do anything to ask for refund or protection. Never used them unless you want to be scammed.

Beware of this company, they provided false information about how the move would go and the time frame in which items would be delivered. They are not a moving company, but a brokerage company which will set you up with a different moving company that has completely different timelines for moves and will charge you waaaaaay more than trinity initially quotes you for. I dealt with Neil who not only provided me incorrect information, but when I questioned him he avoided my emails and phone calls and never contacted me back. When I booked my move I asked how long it would take and they would not tell me any information, but they said that if my "soonest available delivery date" was the same... Read More
