I've been close to tears all day. I booked Trinity Relocation Group in May 2021 for a move from Minneapolis to Boston July 23rd to August 1st. We paid our deposit, picked up the cashier's checks for pick-up and delivery as instructed and confirmed our final pack list by email. Then as the days grew closer to our pick-up, there was silence from TRG and when I called, no one picked up and no one returned my messages. Finally they told us today they cancelled us. No explanation except there just aren't enough trucks. If you don't care about your moving items and want to experience the most unprofessional moving service after they have been paid, use this company. First of all, they are a broker company which they don't say a word about it when they try to get the business first. Then, when they are paid their portion, they send the request to an actual moving company and won't disclose that information. I was waiting in 2 days form the day when the items were supposed to get picked up. Finally, six days after my items were picked by the moving company, I got a call saying that the truck carrying my items has been stolen. Nobody from Trinity has been even picking up the phone to talk to me about this... Read More

Trinity underquoted me to lock in my business, then raised the price on move-out day. Two separate employees told me my move would be complete in 10 days - my shipment was picked up on 7/6/2021 and it is now 7/22/2021. No one will answer the phone or email, but their last communication to me was that I could expect my shipment at the end of August without explanation. I have been sleeping on a hardwood floor for nearly a month without any of my belongings. I simply want my belongings - please help or respond
Trinity Relocation underquoted me to lock in my business and then raised the cost on moving day. My move was picked up on 7/6 from CA and has still not begun to ship. I am now sleeping on hardwood flooring in NYC and no one at Trinity will pick up the phone or respond to my emails. All I want is for them to ship my belongings so I can get on with my life. Please respond
Trinity Relocation Group provided no support to my move. They failed to carry out the few tasks they had committed to doing and the volume I was finally made to pay for my move was 25% greater than my estimate despite only reducing the size of my move. After complaining about the service I received, I have had no response beyond an acknowledgment of receipt.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This has been by far one of the worst experiences in my life in dealing with Trinity and the moving company they hired for my job. I was called on the 7th of July and was informed that the crew would be there between 10 ans 12 the next day. On the 8th, two guys showed up at 530. They told me they did not know when the truck was going to get there either and they would start prepping furniture. They worked for a few hours on the 8th. On the morning of the 9th, the same to men showed up at 0930 and told me the truck would be there at 230. at noon, two other men showed up to help loading. The truck arrived about 230. Stay away from this company if you don't want to be scammed. I was first given initial estimated cost for my moving of 4300 $, after I spend 15 min on the phone, explaining to one of their employees how many and what items exactly I need to be moved. Next day I realized I have forgotten some items, and I took photos of everything, including the items described in our initial conversation. I asked for updated new estimated moving quote over a dozen times in the next few days. After I was GUARANTEED pick up date for my move cross country they cancelled my pick up less than 48 hours before they were supposed to be there. They claimed the window that they promised me they could not make and they said they couldn't service me. They has ZERO compassion to my situation and offered no help, suggestions or resolutions on how I was going to find another way to move my things.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They do not care at all about your situation or how to help their customers. If I could give a zero rating, I would.
I am also going to report them to the BBB.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used them to move from Atlanta to Seattle in February and it was a truly horrible experience dealing with this company. Some of my issues are below: - Clear bait and switch operation. Enticed me with a good price and then increased the price 25% on the day of the move. I expect they do this with every client. - I asked for full pack and they recommended I sign up for 20 boxes. Was told I would be charged less if the move required less than 20. I used up maybe 7-8 boxes and never received money back for the "packing" of the other 12. - They were supposed to show up on a Saturday. They never showed up. They never even called or emailed.
