If Honesty, Integrity, Fair Pricing, and Customer Care are important to you, DO NOT LOOK HERE! This company is just a broker, they will charge you over $1000 just to find a mover for you. They will lie about fees and how the move estimate is calculate and your original estimate will double. Not only that, they will hire the worst, dishonest, and careless moving company without a care for you. Once you sign the contract, however, you are locked in and must accept the movers they chose. When those movers destroy your things, charge unnecessary fees, lie, and refuse to pay damages, Trinity will ignore your calls for months until finally they say there is nothing they can do. I used Trinity for an interstate move from Florida to Texas. I totally understood they were a brokerage and they scheduled We Care For You movers to execute my move. Pickup of my house contents in Florida went well despite the Price Hike and they moved my household contents to their storage facility while i found a new home in Texas. Well when my house contents were finally delivered it was clear that most of the items had sustained severe water damage while in storage. Many items were delivered with living Black Mold and had to be disposed of straight away. Be careful, Trinity Relocation are SCAMMERS – Their quote called binding but does not mean anything. They send you low quotes to be competitive and then you end up paying WAY MORE than agreed on. I had an awful experience and service, that guy “Bill Rosen” will tell you that “you are in good hands” but actually will cheat you and give you a very low price BUT at the time of your move they will SUBCONTRACT this job to a LOCAL MOVEING COMPANY and you will be surprised with an EXTREMELY HIGH PRICE. My experience with Trinity has gone from very positive during the sales process to very negative during the first half of my move. At this time, I DO NOT recommend using Trinity. Do not use them, or any broker. They gave a sub par company my job Here's my story. I called Trinity Relocation Group thinking it was a moving company with a very good rating. No, they're a broker for moving companies ,which was never disclosed over the phone, but is in their contract. My mistake not reading it, but dishonest in my opinion since not one person there revealed that fact to me. Price I got from Trinity was in line with other companies, so I picked them due to rating. Unfortunately, Integrated Moving Solutions Inc, located in Kenilworth, NJ, picked up my job. They were five hours late on the day they were supposed to pick up my belongings. Do NOT use Trinity Movers or ANY other moving BROKERAGE for any of your moving needs. Do your business DIRECTLY with a legitamate established moving company. If you do, you will automatically save 30% on your move. The 30% is what the BROKERAGE gets for giving you a inaccurate estimate for your move and then giving it to the actual moving company. Go direct and get the best price. And the BROKERAGE provides 0 service after they are paid 30% upfront.
I made the mistake of not taking comments here seriously. This company is horrible. They only deliver excuses and not results. Nothing is their fault and they blame everything other than themselves. They are good at getting you a quote and collecting your money up front in cash. Then they miss their pick up dates and delivery dates (by a lot) blaming it on any variable they can think of. Make sure you ask which year they plan on getting to you. The bright spot is when they finally deliver you're already conditioned for the disappointment of all the damage. LOUSY EXPERIENCE with Trinity Relocation and I recommend do not use this company. I was overcharged by the moving company All Over the STATE subcontracted by TRINITY RELOCATION. The overcharge was more than the original estimate from Lewisville Tx to Marietta GA by 60% or another 200 cu.ft once the truck was loaded. This increased the amount by $793. I checked the final quantity of materials moved upon arrival and documented that it did NOT exceed the original amt. 361 cu.ft. in the estimate prepared by the MOVE BROKER – Trinity Relocation. As you can see from all of these BAD RATINGS, REVIEW and BAD EXPERIENCES from so many customers, STAY AWAY from AOTS and also Trinity Relocation.... Read More
They are terrible. They outsourced our move to Jet Moving and Storage. Once Jet moving was at house and loaded their truck they did a bait and switch by saying that they loaded more cubic footage by having empty air between items. They also damaged over 1000 lbs of goods. We submitted a claim and was given a settlement letter for $77.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I have never written a review but actually feel it’s my civic duty after the terrible experience we had with Trinity. Long story short - We moved cross state with 2 kids under 2 and the moving company was the most stressful part. The movers were rude and incompetent (Took 8 hrs+ on both ends to move 1300 squ foot townhouse - one guy ended up doing all the work), kept trying to charge fees outside of contract (ripped up initial contract in front of our faces and brought our stuff back inside when we refused higher rates, only to come back 2 hours later and reload), and compensation promised was never received (very willing to offer reimbursement...
