Your technician appeared to be doing a great job treating outer perimeter of house (I was not home but was able to view cameras remotely. Instructions left before treatment included a request that gates be left unlocked. When the technician left after treating property he failed to secure gates to pool area/back yard. The next morning I let my dogs out to not knowing the gates were unsecure and they wandered out of my yard and throughout the neighborhood. They are very large dogs and tend to alarm neighbors, so this was quite a disruptive morning. I drove around trying to locate them for an hr. Cody was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We took his advice and (sadly) removed most of the bougainvillea that the rats had made their home. The result was immediately positive and for the 3rd day in a row, no more rat droppings on the patio. We would recommend Aptive and Cody to anyone with a rodent problem.

I had requested that ant bait be applied outside to the problem areas and the bait was not applied. This is the second time this has happened. Please update your instructions so that all technicians know the ant bait is required every visit.
