Kenneth did a great job with the exterior seasonal application. He was attentive to details despite the snow which made it more difficult to access all areas. Inside, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with treating ants and provided helpful tips for maintenance.

Im assuming this was a first service call of the day as it was at 740am. The technician showed up with an empty water tank in his truck for his poison. Then in order to make up for his mistake he pulled my water hose from my backyard to his truck in the front and proceeded to fill his tank with my water. All of this without permission from me.
