I have to say my opinion of Aptive went up 100% after dealing with Chance! He called before he got here and let me know when he arrived so that I was able to discuss any issues we might be having pest-wise. He was very professional and courteous, and let me know what he found and treated after he was finished. Definitely a job well done, and a major improvement from the last time a service technician was here!
