Rex was great to speak with about the service he provided today. He told me everything he did during his service and explained it to me so that I could understand why he did what he did. he also provided me with a few of the gel traps for small animals in the garage and basement. Thank you.

Sergio went above and beyond during his scheduled service. I have been having issues with grubs and there hasn't been a concentrated effort by the technicians to remedy the problem but Sergio was specific about it and targeted the issue today. He also gave me advice on the upcoming fertilizing treatment that we do to our lawn every spring and will help coordinate Aptive's service with this action.

A riel did a fantastic job. He listened to the problem I have with mice due to feeding the birds and put traps in the basement. He did a great job.
