I talked to the technician today before he began. Told him I just wanted outdoor service. He said they were using a powder today. It took him less that 5-6 minutes and he was back in the truck. I went out to talk to him again as I could only see a couple of places there was any powder anywhere. He said it was a very fine powder and he said I assure you I went around the house. If he did he could have hardly walked around it in the time he was here. Not sure I want this service again. Not convinced

Karl did a good job using a foam spray around the windows and doors. I also asked him to remove a wasp nest from inside an outside light fixture, which he did. Thank you. Jane Fleischauer

He will not listen to my concerns and gave excuses for everything I asked him to do. I asked him to put at least a few mouse traps, but he said that it is not needed. When I insisted to put one at lease, he said he will be back with the trap with a new bait, and never returned! It was extremely disappointing experience, please DO NOT send him to my house again!

I found Melissa to be a very personable person. Appears to know her business very well and was nice to speak with. She had great suggestions to some bug questions I had. I would be be pleased to have her back for my servicing contract any time.
