Mr. Sawyer was very professional and helpful. We had seen a mouse and he set out bait to catch them and said that there would be someone back in a week to check on things. This is a very good company if you need any pest control

I cannot explain how irritated I am with this company. There is no reason to spray the outside of my home for spiders during the middle of winter and 20 degrees outside. It is clearly just to STEAL my money because I signed a contract. If you want to come once a month in the summer, when there it a spider population, I could deal with that....but really $104 WASTED! I will cancel my contract ASAP!!

I am writing to commend this particular individual from Aptive Pest Control who did a thorough job of inspecting, clearing spider webs around the outside of the house, and spraying chemicals. I intent to ask Aptive to assign this individual for my quarterly treatment.

Adonis was very polite, asked questions regarding any inside problems we might be having (We were not) and was very kind to our little dog as he ran outside.
