The Aptive technician was terribly rude. He called when he arrived and I asked if he was only doing exterior work and he said he would do interior if there were areas that needed spraying. I mentioned there was an area that we’d been seeing spiders so asked if he could spray there, he said no problem. Our exterior camera caught him mocking that we mentioned seeing spiders and then calling me “a fu**ing mope”. For mentioning pests to a pest control company technician. Horrible service!

I guess all went well. We were not at home when the service was performed. I am confused as to why we need de-webbing service and crack and crevice treatment when it is 20 degrees outside. But, if it's part of the agreement, I suppose it needs to be done. One more thing. On the comment from the person who did the service, it says if we want to see that they get a $5.00 bonus to click on the web site provided. When I do that, I get the "access denied" message.

I called customer service for a reschedule. While , I was home, I saw no one at my property. No evidence of spraying.(usually see granular material) Aptive truck was parked in front of my next door neighbor’s house. No one called or knocked on my door. No one left any flags up as they usually do. I have two dogs. I like know when someone has sprayed, so I can keep my pets safe. Very unhappy. No stars! Would not let me leave no stars!

Our technician Steve has been to our home several times now. He is always courteous as well as thorough. He called on his way to our home not only to let us know he was on his way but to check if we had any special issues. Always seems to be concerned and goes above and beyond.
