Jacinto called before he came, and then was very prompt. After ringing my doorbell he stepped back about 5 feet. Jacinto was very courteous. I was very surprised (pleasantly so) when he noticed a full trash bag and carried it out to my trash can outside so I wouldn't have to get in the rain. Such a thoughtful thing to do. Thanks, Jacinto!!

1. Didn’t knock or ring the door bell and my three dogs were out back 2. Opened the gate and let the dogs out, rather than trying to get them ran to his car making my neighbor have to try to catch them! Never came to the door to apologize by the way.. 3. Sent a txt saying that we would need to reschedule due to dogs in the yard .. left AND THEN SENT ME AN INVOICE AND EMAIL FOR THE SERVICES HE DIDNT EVEN PROVIDE!!

i talked to sales person to cancel and she talked me into having it done again. i told her that the first time it was done in dark and spider webs were not taken down on upper part of house and they were going to come back the next day and never showed up. she said that she would let them know that the whole house up and down needed to be done, along with the garage. the upstairs wasn't done and neither was garage. I stopped payment with credit card company' very unhappy with your company and don't want you back on my property.spiders are just as bad as they were before you ever showed up. i will let my very big family no just how bad of a company aptive is. when you say your going to do...
