Service person contacted me when he was 20 mins out. I was able to tell him about ants and he assured me that he would take extra care to address the different areas where I described the problems. He was very polite and personable.

Andrew Mass came by this morning. I believe I received a phone call a couple of days ago alerting me that he would be coming. Andrew explained why he was here and what he was going to do. He was very polite and clear in his communication. The Aptive technicians must be going a good job because I've had minimal evidence of pests -- only millipedes.

The Aptive technician did a great job covering the entire home and targeted troubled areas. He was very pleasant to work with and left traps for silverfish and checked mouse baits. Nice job!!!!
