Derek who came out took his time and answered my questions and went above and beyond. I forgot to open my gate before leaving for work and he made it work to come back after I was home.

When I called for a re- service, I instructed the rep that I Need the the technician to come after 2 pm so that I could instruct him/her. They came before 1:30 oops - it would appear they did not check for spider webs or nests - it was still in my portico. It looks like the mice nest is gone - i hope so - I don’t know whether the tech knew where to look - yes - I called for a re-apply.. I do want to thank aptive for fitting me in on short notice - I am out next week and my wife is back from being out a month and did not want her seeing mice - thank you - I called in already and aptive will come for a re- apply week of Oct 2 - see you then when I am home - Bill

David Amaro serviced my home on 9/20. He did an amazing job. He completed the backyard first, so my dogs did not have to stay in the garage for a long period of time. He really brushed down the house for all the spider webs. Great job!

He asked if I wanted the inside of my home done. I said yes. He said he needed to finish up outside first. I had to leave but my boyfriend was home. He never knocked or rang the door bell. Just left. So the inside of my house was left untreated.
