Jonathan Cardenas is amazing, polite and professional. He did the pest service few days ago. He cleaned the spider webs around the house and trees, checked the rat traps and sprayed the front and the back of the house . He did a great job.

He was very professional In his job. Did pest control followed by inspection . Enquired if there were any bugs inside the house , Offered to do controls inside if required . Very customer friendly, Great job

Gus Dimas went above and beyond. He called me prior to arriving, which gave me time to put my dogs in the bedroom. He knocked on the door when he arrived to notify me that he was at my home. He asked if I had seen any insects inside my home and told me that was included in my treatment if I had seen any insects inside. He then treated for fruit flies that I had seen in my kitchen. He was very courteous.

It would be nice, if we could be told when you're coming out to service our house. Obviously only the front yard got done, not the back yard mor inside the house, and don't know what actually got done in front spider webs everywhere

Jayson is a good representative for Aptive. He was professional, yet friendly. We discussed things before he started, and then he came back to talk after he finished. I was pleased it was a dry day for the treatment, too.
