The whole back patio was sprayed, chairs, table, carpet. It was soaked. A cigarette was sprayed that was on a table, if we had not found wet, it could have been smoked by my wife and who knows. We have pictures if needed.

David Scott was excellent. i was an unhappy customer b/c,a after the last treatment i had been bitten by a spider in my TV room, and also noticed that something was eating my wood timbers outside. David carefully examined and treated everything indoors and out, and made recommendations about how to address the carpenter ants he discovered. He was exceptionally courteous and listened very well, took time, and was very professional. JuliaW

I called for I have seen some bugs , unfortunately,I see same bugs again yesterday not only bugs ,seen small lizards . After I built my home I never see lizards ,after using aptive service started seeing . I don’t recommend your service to any one.

I am unsatisfied. I called on Saturday and again on Monday morning to prevent service from happening on the 16th. I had special instructions to have somebody come into my home on Tuesday the 17th and spray the upstairs because we have a spider issue. But even leaving two messages with two different people at your company nobody ever called me back to set an appointment I’m very disappointed

Amazing attention to detail. He not only tracked where the ants were coming from, both inside and out our home , but he also took his time without rush to make sure the right poison was being used. No other technician has showed this much interest in getting rid of our pests and claiming back our kitchen. Outstanding work!
