Best technician we have had so far. Extremely thorough and incredibly polite. He made sure that there weren't any concern areas that may need further treatment, and took the time to explain and answer any questions.

This is second very disappointing treatment. The gentleman that came out 2 weeks ago did not take care of the ants, stated he "ran out" of ant treatment, but then misted something in the kitchen and said "just let us know if they come back." They never really went away, but are bad again 2 weeks later. The tech that came out today seemed like he had zero training. Neither techs tried to locate the ant nest outside our kitchen, as techs have always done so in the past. Today he told my wife she should wait outside with our 3 kids below the age of 5 while he sprayed the base boards for spiders (which we have seen 4 in the past week).
