Gene was great. He called to let me know he was on his way and called after and gave me a review of what he did and took time to explain where he thought a potential problem area might be and what I could do to fix it. He definitely went above and beyond and I would recommend him anytime.

We have found four, huge dead rats since treatment. We were happy for that. But, we need to have more treatments for that, as we live next to a large, vacant lot where the rodents come from. I am unhappy that we were not informed when technician would come. If so, we could have kept dogs inside during treatment of the back yard.

Richard was so thorough and went above and beyond in helping me with my rat situation. He was up in the attic and on top of the roof. He really helped put prospective on my situation and even gave me more tips on how to further control the problem. He is great! I will definitely request him every time!

Shawn Geubele was by far the best and most thorough technician that has been to y home. He cleared spider webs on my windows, thoroughly walked arund my property and gave me some helpful hints about spiders. You should give him more than $5.00 because this is good advertising for your company. I wa really Wowed by his attaention to detail and made it a point to go outside and let him know.
