My technician was fine, but I will NOT be paying you EVERY month when your original salesmen said every QUARTER!!! DO NOT COME BACK TO MY HOUSE UNTIL DECEMBER, that's a quarter of the year from now!! Corey Thompson

Once again no email text or call before arrival just show up. Also no one was home and you proceeded to walk into the backyard. Then because no one was was home the inside was not able to be sprayed and I was still charged the full amount for a half complete service. Never again walk into my yard without permission or a resident home.

Technician spent less than 5 minutes treating the house. Spider webs still there along with the majority of the house not treated properly. Now I have to take time out of my day to have another technician come out again and make sure work was completed properly. This is only the 2nd treatment received.. Very disappointed to say the least.

I was very disappointed that the technician was a half hour past the time and did not give me a heads up. He only sprayed around the house in about 10 minutes. Orkin would always put sticky traps around and react the windows and under the sinks. They also dusted and set traps in the crawl space. I was expecting more for the price, I guess.
