Technician was very professional and polite. Introduced himself with a smile when first arrived , confirmed with me what was to be done, advised me how long procedure would take and that when completed my signature will be needed. Thanked me for allowing him to do treatment and advised me next visit will be in 30 days.

Phillip went above and beyond addressing all areas of concern.and paying special attention to spider webs on the exterior of the house, as requested. He even advised that I should protect my puppy by keeping her confined to an area not sprayed for 2 hours, to be safe. Thank you Phillip for taking such pride in what you do!!!

Miguel was incredibly polite, engaging and thorough. He was not afraid of my dogs (just your regular dogs who bark at trucks. And doorbells). He explained everything he was doing and said he was a technician so I would see him next time, which is a good thing, less fly by night. I should say that I like how well identified your truck and uniforms are.

I had my house sprayed twice by this company and I paid them for their service $110.00 I noticed no difference in fact I had five large cockroaches in my house after they sprayed so I fired them and they said they would charge me another $225. What a rip off don’t hire this company $335. For no more than 10 minutes of work and it didn’t work

The technician, Steve did my front yard but due to my fault because I was not home couldn't access backyard. He left notes in an email informing of this and said to call for someone to return to do the backyard. I appreciate that ! It was dopey me who forgot to check the app for my September appointment. Thank you , Steve !

Both gates were left unlocked and open. We are still seeing spiders and other bugs around the house in the eves and starting to work their way inside.
