I had my house sprayed twice by this company and I paid them for their service $110.00 I noticed no difference in fact I had five large cockroaches in my house after they sprayed so I fired them and they said they would charge me another $225. What a rip off don’t hire this company $335. For no more than 10 minutes of work and it didn’t work

The technician, Steve did my front yard but due to my fault because I was not home couldn't access backyard. He left notes in an email informing of this and said to call for someone to return to do the backyard. I appreciate that ! It was dopey me who forgot to check the app for my September appointment. Thank you , Steve !

Both gates were left unlocked and open. We are still seeing spiders and other bugs around the house in the eves and starting to work their way inside.

A technician never came to my door to let me know that they were at my house. I have been working in my home office this morning. How am I to know they did what they said? How do I know they treated out 30' from the property as was advertised? Why didn't the technician knock on my door to let me know he was here? In talking to the salesman who sold me the service yesterday (9-9-19), he said he made a note so that the technician would treat inside near my kitchen for ant problems I've had in the past. Again, since I did not know anyone was here, this never happened. Am I also to assume that he opened my gate and treated around my house in my backyard, which is gated, before letting me... Stephen came and finished the application quickly. He left a note to let us know he was there, as we had just stepped away from the house briefly.

The tech, (I believe Rodney was his name) arrived at my house and was polite and explained what he was going to do. He inquired if I had any problems that needed to be dealt with other than the quarterly treatment and then immediately started the treatment. He finished his work promptly and notified me when he was done.
