Overall Rating: 3.9 / 5 (Very good)

Aptive offers residential and commercial pest control services in major cities throughout 26 states. It mostly specializes in crawling insects and its website leaves it unclear whether or not it can help with other pests, like bats. It's still a new company, but existing customer reviews are largely positive, and if for some reason it doesn't clear up all the pests, Aptive will return to treat your home again free of charge. If you live within one of its service areas and you're struggling with pests, it's worth getting a quote from Aptive to see what it can offer you.

This is the third time my home has been serviced by Aptive. While the other Pros have been pleasant, Dominic Williams is by far the best! Knowledgeable, on time, thorough, friendly, quick, and helpful. Dominic’s professionalism should be Aptive’s bar in customer service! I will most definitely be requesting him for any future services from Aptive.

Rayshawn Montgomery was very courteous and nice. He even wrote on my service card "Have a Nice Week". He's a keeper.

When salesperson came to my home to tell me about treatment, he mentioned lawn sprays as well due to eggs, larvae, etc. I didn't see any of those items in the listed areas during my last service?

So far, this was the best representative you sent. He fulfilled everything I asked him to do. The others were not very good because, when I watched what they were doing, the missed areas and really didn't seem to care about doing a good job. So kudos to the young man who came! I only hope this time the application works without having to request recalls.
