I do not want this "technician?" at my home again. 1) he did NOT secure my patio fence and my dog got out. 2) on my patio table and bench, he left a white residue/granules on the table and the bench - I eat on this table and had to wash it off with soap and water before using. 3) I specifically requested that a wasp/yellowjacket infestation be taken care of under my front porch - this was not done. No no one can use the front door without being attacked by insects. Please send someone else out again to take care of the wasp/yellowjackets. Again, DO NO send this person to my house now or in the future. Jeanne Haase

Mike took the extra time to listen to my concerns and then to accommodate all of them. I’ve been troubled by small bugs in the house and did the extra spraying needed. He set mouse traps by my side porch and already. I seen no more little critters. He’d sprayed every nook and cranny outside. He obviously cares for each customer and takes the time to make everything right. I hope you know how much I (a “mature” lady) appreciate his professional, competent and compassionate way he does his job. You need more Mikes. Thank you. Carol Larson

Shawn reeves did great on my perimeter of my porch with the duster thing. But i also need the whole edging of the porch done and sidwalk and back of house along decking . This wasnt done and i had asked when i called to make sure all these areas were done as i am still seeing lots of spiders and it shows in the corners and on shrub near porch of webs i keep knocking down. He even used the card he left to brisk the top of the shrub to knock it down. Off the shrub so would appreciate the come back and do all the perimeter as asked. But liek i said he did good eith duster pole.

This has nothing to do with the particular person who sprayed my house. This company has sprayed my house twice now. I continuously find ants and crickets and my husband then has to spray in addition. He was doing this before we used this company and never had an issue. Today I found a massive ants nest in the front and had to continue to spray them as they grabbed their eggs and tried to flee. I am extremely unhappy with this company and the cost is outrageous!

One of the boxes was left someplace in the backyard and my dog got hold of it. I have put it in the garage until I know what to do with it. I know it needs to be out someplace, but I need a safe place so my dog doesn't get it.
