He sprayed wherever we need help. still no 30 minute advance warning

When salesperson came to my home to tell me about treatment, he mentioned lawn sprays as well due to eggs, larvae, etc. I didn't see any of those items in the listed areas during my last service?

So far, this was the best representative you sent. He fulfilled everything I asked him to do. The others were not very good because, when I watched what they were doing, the missed areas and really didn't seem to care about doing a good job. So kudos to the young man who came! I only hope this time the application works without having to request recalls.

Best technician ever! She showed up nice and early and did a thorough job. We had a party yesterday and a guest lost $20. Well your technician found it and handed it over to us, well done Gabriela! We have been using your services for a year or two now. And we have been getting the same technician the last couple of times. He is good. BUT we are on record wanting to be notified a day or two before the technician is coming AND when he is actually here. Neither happened this time. But we want this again in the future. Please ensure your technicians are aware of this request. An email informing us you got this request would be appreciated.

Devin was extremely polite and professional taking the time to answer my questions regarding the time frame in which I could expect to see an increase in spider and act activity ... followed by a decline! He reiterated that I should call Aptive if a reservice is necessary before the next scheduled service. He is an asset to Aptive and I look forward to working with him again,
