My technician Ernie was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my concerns about the chemicals and the expected results. I would definitely request him for my next treatment.

James Williams was very professional. He performed his task in a timely manner. The window of arrival of 0930 - 1130 did not happen. He arrived about an hour after that. I also learned that the service is an 18 month contract which i was not aware of, until James informed me. I feel I should have been made aware of this from my first contact with the sales people. The five stars is for James.

Miguel explained exactly what work would be completed and confirmed that the materials sprayed were not hazardous to my children. He answered a few other questions since this was my first service and was finished in a timely manner. He explained the referral program and I will be networking for aptive this week.

This rating is based specifically on the technician that came to re-service our house. After the initial treatment and first quarterly treatment we still had many visable spider webs and untreated areas that were skipped over by previous technicians. Rick took his time acknowledged the problem areas and apologized for anything that might have previously been overlooked and assured us if we had any issues moving forward to give them another call and they will come right back out. The service is all about the quality and effort of the technician and Rick did a great job and represented Aptive very well, and this is coming from a previously dissatisfied customer.

Gene is outstanding. I really appreciate his dedication and he is extremely thorough. When there’s a situation he is right there taking care of those pesky bugs, ants and fleas.
