Jeremy did a great job following up on my request He checked and filled the rodent traps as requested He treated inside the house for ants as requested and he removed spider webs and sprayed exterior as requested. We would appreciate it in the future if Jeremy was our technician This is the third time he has provided the service at our home He knows it and we like that! Jim Farrell

The five star rating is only for the technician, Anquan, who was very professional, informative, though, and friendly. He is the best we have had. The follow through with the scheduling was not as good. We were scheduled for an 8am-noon time slot. We received a phone message from your company at 11:40 am saying our service would take place within a half hour. At 12:30pm nobody arrived so we called and were told our service would be done within 30 minutes. By 1:40 pm, still no technician, so we called a second time and were told the technician would be sent very soon...... About 15 minutes later, Anquan arrived.
