We were told all the webs on the patio and patio furniture would be removed, not the case. More importantly, we were told that the white fly infestation around our shrubs would be taken care of. Again, it does not seem to be the case. We actually have more now than we did when service was done. I need a call back asap 562/322-3081

Joseph Duarte was very polite and professional, he went over everything with me explaining what he was going to be doing, we walked around the property together looking at problem pest areas and he made sure to treat those areas to make sure to take care of the pests... as well as the rest of the perimeter of the house and yard. when he came inside to spray the house he had on protective foot coverings, he asked if there was anywhere "off limits" before he started spraying.
