I at least had video evidence that the technician came onto the property today, unlike last time I got the same emailed technician report summary of what “was performed”, but the number of spider webs that remain perfectly undisturbed as I survey my house after returning from work this evening remains woefully unacceptable for the amount of money being paid to Aptive for this service. I could pay a neighbor kid $10 dollars, hand him a telescoping Webster duster, and get fat better results than anything I’ve seen from this ripoff of a company so far. I will be calling their customer service tomorrow during business hours to formally request reimbursement and cancel my subscription. What a... Read More
