Nobody called to make any appointment with me. Just showed up. Therefore, interior wasn't done as promised by John, door to door salesman. However, I realize it is not technician's fault, but Aptives & he seems to have done a very good job!

I am sorry to say that I was not home to meet Arinn when he came. It appears that everything looked fine giving evidence of a job well done. I would appreciate a call the day before a technician comes so I can have the gates to the backyard unlocked. He was able to get in this time because my yard guys forgot the lock the gate when they left and they have a key. This would just save someone a trip back if I am not here....Thanks John

The work of the gentleman that came to perform the pest control was perfect the problem is that the agreement that I had with the salesman was, that this service included the fumigation of the lawn.And neither the first time (which was OK because it was free) nor the second, the lawn was not fumigated,he fumigated with the little spray the area around the house,and not a drop in the lawn.In the past other companies had fumigated the house and the lawn for less money.Can't wait to get out of this contract.Thank you.

He came to door and confirmed with me the issues and sprayed the areas of concern. I would have like a call to notify me he was on the way as opposed to a 4 hour window
