I was told I was going to have service today(8/28). I was home all day with my dog inside. My gate was unlocked as it always is. I received a phone call about 3:00 asking if he could come back on Friday because he was unable to get into the back yard so he only did the front yard. His supervisor needs to know he is a list or completely incompetent. If for some reason he couldn't figure out how to open a gate by pulling a simple wire latch he should have knocked on my door. I have been in my living room all day and never saw or heard anyone in my front yard. My dog didn't bark which he always does when someone enters my front gate. Travis was wonderful! He listened carefully to my concerns and sprayed all the areas that are usually sprayed, and a couple other areas I asked him to spray, where I was worried that spiders were hiding. He looked all over for the yellow jacket hives, & didn’t find the nest. (Turns out the neighbor found an underground nest on the far side of his house.) I am very pleased with Travis’ attention to everything. Thanks!!

I would like to know what time the technician was here as I was gone from 3:45-7:30 and it doesn’t look Like anyone was here . No paperwork left by front door and nothing is wet around perimeter where he should have been spraying !!!

I at least had video evidence that the technician came onto the property today, unlike last time I got the same emailed technician report summary of what “was performed”, but the number of spider webs that remain perfectly undisturbed as I survey my house after returning from work this evening remains woefully unacceptable for the amount of money being paid to Aptive for this service. I could pay a neighbor kid $10 dollars, hand him a telescoping Webster duster, and get fat better results than anything I’ve seen from this ripoff of a company so far. I will be calling their customer service tomorrow during business hours to formally request reimbursement and cancel my subscription. What a... Read More
