Joseph was very polite, and easy to communicate with. He wanted to be of help and truly was interested in treating the issues that I had emailed to Aptive previous to my appointment. He was well prepared with Sluggo and knowledgeable about this pest. His imformation was of value to me, and he was diligent in locating all of my hastas to treat them. I also believe he spent double the time the previous service people I have experienced. He was thorough with getting cobwebs from the eves. I was told I was going to have service today(8/28). I was home all day with my dog inside. My gate was unlocked as it always is. I received a phone call about 3:00 asking if he could come back on Friday because he was unable to get into the back yard so he only did the front yard. His supervisor needs to know he is a list or completely incompetent. If for some reason he couldn't figure out how to open a gate by pulling a simple wire latch he should have knocked on my door. I have been in my living room all day and never saw or heard anyone in my front yard. My dog didn't bark which he always does when someone enters my front gate. Travis was wonderful! He listened carefully to my concerns and sprayed all the areas that are usually sprayed, and a couple other areas I asked him to spray, where I was worried that spiders were hiding. He looked all over for the yellow jacket hives, & didn’t find the nest. (Turns out the neighbor found an underground nest on the far side of his house.) I am very pleased with Travis’ attention to everything. Thanks!!

I would like to know what time the technician was here as I was gone from 3:45-7:30 and it doesn’t look Like anyone was here . No paperwork left by front door and nothing is wet around perimeter where he should have been spraying !!!
