Andres came out for reservice as we have noticed a lot of spider webs around the perimeter of our home. While walking around before de-webbing, he noticed yellow jackets flying into 1 of our evergreen bushes in the front flower bed. Upon closer inspection he discovered a large nest in the bush. He explained what he would do-try to destroy the nest by poking it apart with a long pole(!) then spray it to kill the rest. He did this without protective clothing, and there were hundreds of bees! He followed up by telling us that Aptive's "bee people" would return in the next week or so to make sure the nest was gone and no more are found. Performed all of the services in the agreement very well and then went into the attic to help me identify the pest that had made a mess up there. Matt was able to recommend another company to come in and help with the squirrels in the attic.
