He explained and killed several flying insects that have a painful sting that we thought where just some type of wasp. That is in addition to everything else he did.

Joseph came to retrieve a poor rat that had been trapped but not killed and had been thumping around in my attic all weekend. It is a terrible thing having to exterminate these intelligent living creatures, but we don’t want them living in the attic! We were so anxious and horrified after listening to it struggle from Friday night until Monday evening when Joseph finally showed up. He was calm, polite and respectful of our feelings about the fate of the poor rat. He went about his business methodically and thoroughly. Andres came out for reservice as we have noticed a lot of spider webs around the perimeter of our home. While walking around before de-webbing, he noticed yellow jackets flying into 1 of our evergreen bushes in the front flower bed. Upon closer inspection he discovered a large nest in the bush. He explained what he would do-try to destroy the nest by poking it apart with a long pole(!) then spray it to kill the rest. He did this without protective clothing, and there were hundreds of bees! He followed up by telling us that Aptive's "bee people" would return in the next week or so to make sure the nest was gone and no more are found.
