Tech was super friendly but was only inside for 3 or 4 mins. Didnt go in the garage at all. All the spider webs that were around prior to treatment are still here. The removal of webs and spiders were the selling point for us. Feeling rather frustrated now that they are still around. Have still seen a roach here and there in the garage as well. Another main issue we had and still have are the tiny black ants. Just today my son had ants on his foot and was bitten after playing in the yard. Expensive service for a half way done job.

The technician was timely and I appreciate the notes on the job. It’s too soon to know how effective the treatment was since it was the first but I was disappointed when I came home after reading the notes saying that the eaves were cleared of webs and spiders and saw the brown recluse spider egg still hanging above the front door.

Gabriel called to advise he was on his way (was within the 2 hr expected). I told him about a moth problem we are having in a closet and he stated he could provide a moth trap which he did; certainly hoping that will work. Thank you Gabriel

Tyree came to my home today. He was an absolute joy. Extremely professional. Very polite. He was very explanatory on what he was doing making sure I understood everything he was doing. Ernie came on time to the appointment, and he knocked down several huge wasps nests that were hanging in the front of the house on the second floor. Then he continued to spray all around the house, and also did the full inside house. Happy with a job well done. Thank you.
